simona i can see why u stayed here for a while.. unfortunately for us it was very short but sweet

as most people know Rishikesh is play teh beetles came and found enlightment. it salso know as the "world capital of yoga". here u find on the river banks of the Ganga a hell of a lot of Ashram's places where people go to learn to become a yogi. the town is beautiful and fairly clean. its touristic but not like a major city. after wondering the streets in the day we headed to Hardiwar the town nextdoor for a festival on the Ganga with music and danceing and people giving offerings to the Ganga river. the offereings consisted of flowers and a lit candlein a banana leaf bottle. it was beautiful and magestic as it started at sunset and dancers performed with fire...

i would so love to come bak here to do a yoga...or mediation course.... maybe one day
