Yesterday Nat and I drove over to Andrew and Odele's homestead, friends of Duncan. They have several acres and many horses. We both painted and I helped Andrew with putting up fiberboard under his outdoor BBQ area. After our work was done we visited Alstonville where Natalie bought a 1940s french dress for the wedding. Unfortunately it only came in pink.
We later returned to Andrew and Odele's for a wine tasting get together. Natalie came in 3rd. I drank most of her wine after she figured where the wine came from and the type of grape.
We met all kinds of different people, it was really great.
Today, we finished the painting in the common area, I was a little hung over so we finished early today. We took it easy most of the day, including lounging around the pool, picking up some Indian take out and watching a movie with Duncan and Peter.
All and all an easy and relaxing day. I am no longer going to mention the weather as it's always sunny and hot.
Duncan has invited us to stay an additional 2 days if we want. He has shown so much hospitality and generosity.

Kathryn Hughes Hi Natalie and Marc, I loved the picture you sent and am so happy you are having such a great time. I can hardly wait to see your dress Natalie. You look beautiful in pink! ( So there Marc!) Felix is stretched out in the sunshine on the living room stool having his Sunday bath. Your Dad and I just returned from the Loppet. I came in in 56 minutes 23 seconds and your Dad in 48 minutes 56 seconds. We are both very happy with our times and have a small bottle of champagne sitting in a snowbank outslde. Lots of hugs from Mom, Dad, Felix, Phyna, Mouse and Moses.
