Melbourne to Moscow

Rovaniemi, Finland

But Madsen, what are you istening too for 16,00kms?

0km

Well actually, of course, nobody has actully asked but as usual I'm gunna tell ya anyway! Ment to do thi one ages ago, so while you lot are reading this blog instead of doing work you could crank up the correct soundtrack o go along with the words and really fell like your thee (or is that here?)

All this music is on micros SD cards that are accepted by my mobile phone and is, so far, working like champon...In no partiular order the sundtrack for this adventure includes all or some of the tracks from the following -

NOFX, Meloncollin, Ani DeFranco, Rage Against the Machine, Peter Frampton, The Knife, Hilltop Hood, Grinspoon, Karnivol, Bisquits for Queenie (hell yeah!), Dean Martin, Nick Cave, MC5, New York Dolls, Sex Pistols, Tool, System of A Down, The Velvet Uderground, Lupe Fiasco, Spearhead, Muddy Waters, Outcast, Peaces, Pearl Jam, Queens of the stone Age< Prodigy, Snoop Dogg, Spank ock, The Mounain Goats, Nirvana.... thats all I can think of right now, there's heaps of random one hit wonders too, like Nena's 99 Red Ballons and Betty Davis Eye's just to make e laugh.

It's actually been really good to have some music with me and I definently recommend it for long motorbike trips. When you're about to attempt the 3rd mountain pass of the day in Mongolia and MC5's Kick out the Jams comes on, or whe Frampton's 13 minute live version of Do you fell like we Do? plays while cruising the long straight rodes on theother side of the urals, or while eyeballing an oncoming trck in Siberia while NOFX's The Idiots are Taking Over plays..... It adds the perfect soundtrack to an already fn amazing journy. Of course when anything by Rage Against the Machine comes on while already going too fast on less than perfect far East Russian roads in can get a little dangerous...
