The FT's Escape From Reality
In order to delay James' meeting with the reality of being a civilian, we have decided to go travelling for a few months.On 02 November we jump on a plane bound for Rio and plan to visit Brazil, Ecuador, The Galapagos, Argentina, Chile, New Zealand, Australia and Honk Kong, returning to UK in about June/July 09 (unless everyone seems to be unemployed, fuel prices are sky high and a loaf of bread requires a mortgage (which cannot be secured for love nor money), in which case we will probably just carry on monging on a beach).We thought that a blog would help keep us in touch with our friends.

No penguins yet, but I am sure the Wandering Albatross with the 12ft wingspan gliding outside the bar window is eyeing up my Martini! There's a lot of bloody sea out there to choose from so there must be something he is after and the way he keeps looking at me, then my martini, then back at me, it seems pretty obvious what it is.
