Pavan Martin Hi Helen, Good to know that you are in India. Is this about your yoga course? Sounds good to me. Mysore is a lovely place. I went there years ago. I think I was in grade 4 ha ! thats long isnt it? My mom is from Bangalore thats how I landed there. I still remember there are beautiful Gardens. I guess a lot has changed by now. Pru Hey Helenus, Good for you gal....getting out there and doin' things! Make sure you have a good look round too. I've been to Mysore years ago...go see Nandi. Your course sounds rather tough but I guess if you've been practising it has to be easier.Wonder what led you there...anyway it's great and I'll keep up with your world a bit thru your blog (Ha!
