Oh Hayley, what an amazing trip. Your blogging is incredible. I loved your explanition of the Conflicts through Bosnia, Serb etc. I would have reccomended you apply to Contiki or Top Deck, your ability to impart the knowledge you have learnt is both entertaining and informative.

Thank you for the Kotor blog and photos, I only got to go there once on my Contiki training trip and it was literally a run in, run out and back on the coach headed for Dubrovnik. But I always remembered how beautiful it was, especially when you come out of the tunnel and hairpin around the bend and there is this magical town nestled in the fjord. I remember how hard you hard to look to see it originally, to see all the fortifications running up the hillside. We were allowed to take photos on the training trip, and who knows when I will get back there again.

I see you are are going to Lake Bled, one word to descide it, MAGICAL!!! It is like Cinderella, Snow White and Sleeping Beauty have lived there. The church in the centre of the lake if beautiful, from memory it has 99 or 100 steps leading up to and there is a bell at the top. Legend says that the groom would row himself and bride out the the church carry her to the top of the steps and she would ring the bell... HINT: Try the Bled cake, blood red, can't miss it...
