Today we're back in Collegedale, TN at Collegedale Academy, which is right nearby Southern Adventist University. Last night we stayed with a young family, the Appel's that live just out of Collegedale, and they were great. Jeni, the mum, even made us some cookies before bed and fresh cinnamon scrolls for breakfast. Mmmhhhmm!

At Collegedale Academy we attended the school's morning assembly where we were treated to some unique entertainment. Three boys performed on stage in front of the entire school in an attempt to serenade a date for the upcoming formal. Lucky for them, they were successful - nice work fellas. We also found out that another lad had slept out all night outside the house of the girl he wanted to ask to the formal. Fortunate for him his efforts were rewarded too!

After the fair, Southern Adventist University took all the recruiters out to lunch at a nice Italian restaurant in Chattanooga. Thanks SAU!
