Sorry Ive been so lazy in updating the blog but... the heat and the lack of internet has made me lazy. And also thefact that Im coming back in less than 3 weeks also makes me lazy to write.
So, after 2 days in warm and humid and crazy Kuala Lumpur, we jumped south to the World Heritage city of Melaka - a small city by the coast with much influence frm the Portuguese and Dutch invasions.
Small but pretty and with really good food! We stayed again at the Chinatown of this city also, as the Kuala Lumpur experience had been so great and also it is the cheapest option!
We found a nice and cozy hostel for around 3,50€ per night and we spent the day going around walking and taking a tuk-tuk tour of 30mn which was enough to see all!
Nice place to just relax or get lost in the streets with temples and chinese chops.
Next day we moved on to the north - Khota Bahru- to jump into paradise beaches in Perhentian Kecil Island. A really small island with not much to do more than lay on the beach, do incredible snorkling and walk in the jungle with monkeys and huge dragons!
We have been here for the last 4 days just relaxing and watching the amazing change of weather from sunny day to thunderstorm tropical rains!
Today we went on a snorkling trip and we managed to see huge turtles, many fishes of so many different sizes and colours and even sharks!!! Oh and many jelly fish which I did not like at all.
I think we will stick here for some more days as on the 15th we move on to the last destination - Thailand!
