Nha Trang 14th-16th April

Some complications with our card meant we only just made the sleeper bus to Nha Trang (an 11 hour journey). This had the combined effect of me (Alex) and Sophie not being able to sleep next to each other and me having to sleep in between to French couples. There was little to separate the beds and I'm pretty sure they had garlic for dinner, not good!

Nha Trang was very much a sun and sand holiday resort for backpackers, ex-pats and Vietnamese people. The main things to do there were go to the beach and go out for a meal/few drinks. So we did just that.

In an internet cafe on the first day we met and arranged to go to dinner with a friendly English couple. Dinner was really good, the restaurant decided to (either out of goodwill or a mistake on the bill) give us half price beers! The next day we met yet another friendly couple so we combined people and the 6 of us went for dinner. On this night draught beer was absolutely free between 6 and 8pm as long as you where buying a meal! Good Times!

The next day we woke up with heavy heads (even free alcohol has a price) and boarded the bus to Dalat for some easy riding!
