Today we also went to the Iwo Jima memorial. This memorial was designed to US marine corps that fought in WWII. Today we were very lucky, there were many soldiers at the memorial practicing for a ceremony at the end of the month. It was very interesting to see how strict the US army is. -Gabby

We also went to Martin Luther King Junior Memorial. It was cool to see all of the quotes around memorial and the giant statue of Martin Luther. It was such an iconic character for black rights…
